Nothing makes me angrier than someone who doesn’t follow through and ATTITUDE. This woman told me she would get this room for me for the event on Friday.. TWO WEEKS AGO. I walk into her office today to inquire and she tells me oh so casually that she hasn’t even done anything yet. Excuse me? How professional. Another example of “professionalism” I saw today was when I finally talked to the right woman about reserving rooms.. after waiting close to 45 minutes. I told her my situation and she told me that we could not reserve it with a smidgen of attitude. I never, ever let my attitude show, especially when talking to people in charge because most of the time, the situations are out of their hands. However, she is the one who denied us in the first place with no real explanation, so she has every power in order to get that room back. Since she copped an attitude, I was NOT going to let myself get stepped on, so I pulled out mine too. Finally she consented and she ROLLED her eyes at me. WHAT? I am definitely writing in a complaint about all of this. This is so ridiculous.
